The Eternal Light

 From whence it came

    and where it shines,

      making shadows,

       upon the hurts

        hidden in the soul, 

only the Eternal Light knows.

 

'Tis a Light that shines, 

    in deepest darkness, 

     bringing hope to bear,

       making another day

         just one more thing

possible for the hopeless.

 

Shine on Light of Lights,

   touch the deepest places,

     where darkness rules,

       and can only be broken

        by the forever Light

shining from before and everafter.
