Impossible, You Say

From glory to Galilee,
   so went the angel Gabriel,
   looking for Nazareth,
   the young girl, Mary.
Impossible, you say.
   Not really.

From heaven to earth,
   sent by the Father,
   announcing holy work,
   the greatest work of all.
Impossible, you say.
   Not really.

From God to man,
   the child was born,
   that all might believe,
   and never die.
Impossible, you say.
   Not really.
