Forever

How long is forever?
    Longer than going
        to the moon or Mars?
     Longer than the sands
        of the moving seas?
Yet, still not as long
      as grace and mercy.

How long is forever?
      Broader than horizon
          bound blue skies?
      Deeper than star-lit
          shades of dark?
Yet, still not as long
       as grace and mercy.

How long is forever?
       Big enough for you,
           me and everyone?
       Big enough to hold
            God's glory?
Yet, still not as long
       as grace and mercy.
